It doesn’t have to be that way. Body movement is for everyone, including you. I don’t train folks to get good at the gym, I train folks so they can live life to the fullest. Let’s get a fun, sustainable work out program created for you so you can you thrive!

In Person Training and Classes

I have the honor of being a trainer at an incredible all women’s gym on the east side of the island of Hawaii: FitbyWhitt Hawaii. All women are welcome in this space and we get our sweat on! I offer 1:1 personal training, small group training (3-6 people), and I teach group classes. We keep classes affordable, and gym membership is through Active/Silver & Fit, and even some insurance! Members get a discount on 1:1 or small group training. If you’re a wahine on the island, come check us out! We’d love to sweat with you.

1:1 Personal Training: $40/hr member, $50/hr non-member

Small Group Sessions (3-6 ppl): $20/session member, $25 session non-member

Group Classes: FREE to member, $15 drop in for non-member

I also offer 1:1 virtual personal training! We meet via video calls, and I create custom workouts just for YOU! I can show you movements, and even do assessments over video call. This is only open to clients who live off island. You can work out from the comfort of your own home, or take your work out to the gym! $50/hour for personal training video calls

$25 for a week of custom work outs (5 work outs)
